From December 11 to 13, 2024, a three-day leadership formation session took place at the General House in Rome, Italy. Brother Demosthenes Vios, the newly appointed delegation superior of the Philippines, and his provincial superior from the US, Brother Ronald Hingle, participated in the session.

Facilitated by the general council, the session aimed to deepen the superiors’ understanding of their roles. It offered fresh perspectives and opportunities, with teachings, discussions, and reflections that encouraged the participants to embrace their responsibilities with faith and compassion. The meetings also fostered supportive relationships with the General Administration.

As they returned to their respective missions, the participants carried with them valuable lessons and blessings from this transformative experience, committed to leading with integrity, compassion, and steadfast faith. The session concluded with a heartfelt message of joy, peace, love, and hope from the brothers of the Casa Generalizia in Rome.
