On Wednesday, March 26, a fraternal meeting took place in our house between the two General Councils. The initiative came from Brother Mark to inform them of the 37th General Chapter's decision to introduce the Cause of Father André Coindre as part of the celebration of the bicentenary of his death in 2026.

After the initial greetings, a brief personal presentation and a few moments of prayer, Brother Mark commented on the chapter's decision. Brother Carlos, coordinator of the Commission on the Charism (CPCF), then presented the activities and initiatives undertaken in preparation for the celebration. He also shared the audiovisuals produced, which illustrate in a delicate and fraternal way the presence of Father Coindre in the life of Saint Claudine Thévenet and vice versa.

The meeting ended with a light snack allowing for more informal conversations and sharing news of our respective religious families.

The Sisters' General Council term concludes in November when they will celebrate their 38th General Chapter. We wish them a successful end to their current term of office and a fruitful preparation for the next chapter. We also hope that relations between the two institutes continue to develop in all parts of the world.
