The members of the Commission for Vocation Ministry met in Rome from December 15 to 19, 2025. The members are as follows:

• Brother Julien Henri Simon GBALENON (AFO), representative for the Conference of Africa Francophone and Madagascar (CAFM);
• Brother Fenndy JEANTINOR (HAI), representative for the Conference North-South;
• Brother Márcio Nonato FERREIRA DINIZ (BRE), representative for the Conference of Latin America and Spain (CALE);
• Brother Ronald HINGLE (US), representative for the Conference of English Language Entities (ELAC);
• Brother Luc BOUDREAULT, general councilor coordinating the Commission.

The main goal of this working session was to develop an action plan for the next two years, that is, until the next general assembly of the major superiors of the institute which will take place in October 2027. To achieve this objective, the members of the commission submitted a survey to all the brothers who had participated in the formation session which was held at the general house in July 2022. They also contacted all the brothers who are currently involved in vocation ministry in their respective entities.

We therefore hope that the plan drawn up by the commission will meet the needs and expectations of those who work directly in vocation ministry in the institute.

God continues calling young people. Let us pray together that He will look upon our Institute and send us the members we need to better serve Him.
