On March 7, 2025, the General Council appointed the members of the Commission on Vocation Ministry. They are the following brothers: Brother Julien Henri Simon GBALENON (AFO), Brother Márcio Nonato FERREIRA DINIZ (BRE), Brother Ronald HINGLE (US), and Brother Fenndy JEANTINOR (HAI). Brother Luc BOUDREAULT, General Councillor, coordinates this commission.

Thanks to modern technology, the commission held its first meeting online on June 18. As expected, we had to overcome a few technological difficulties and adjust to different time zones. Thanks to the two translators, we were able to meet the challenge of sharing in different languages.

The aim of this first meeting was above all to get to know each other. Brother Mark HILTON, Superior General, opened the meeting by expressing his satisfaction at the formation of this commission, and wished us every success in our work. The commission got down to work straight away and decided that, to draw up an action plan that meets the needs of the institute, we need to know what the needs of the various entities are, and what has been done since the international session held in 2022. In the very near future, a Google form will be sent to all entities to gather this essential information.

All members expressed their enthusiasm for serving the institute through the commission, and for proposing concrete projects to the various entities.
